Once you have written the outline, you should use it to help you write your paper.
You should create a circle for each bit of commentary that you need to explain the fact, and then you should connect the commentary circles to the appropriate supporting detail circles with lines as well.
You may have multiple lines going from one piece of commentary to different supporting details that the commentary addresses. Sometimes you can use one bit of commentary to address a number of supporting details at once.
Connect each of those supporting detail circles to your subtopic circles with lines.
After you've done that, you'll want to make sure to give each supporting detail some commentary to explain it.
